We're proud of the materials and craftsmanship that go into every Nakshara strap, and we believe you deserve a product that lasts.

Warranty

Built to last.

Every strap we make is covered by our lifetime warranty, guaranteeing it against defects in materials and craftsmanship.

This covers manufacturing defects only — it does not cover accidental damage or general wear and tear over time (leather will naturally develop patina with use, which is expected and not a defect).

To request a warranty replacement, email us at hello@thenakshara.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

If something isn't right.

We quality-check every strap before it leaves our workshop, and we want you to be genuinely happy with what arrives. Here's how we handle it, depending on the situation:

If the issue is our mistake

Defect, damage in transit, or wrong item sent

You're eligible for a full refund, exchange, or replacement within 7 days of delivery, and we'll cover the return shipping cost. Email us at hello@thenakshara.com with your order number and a description (and photo, if possible) of the issue.

Change of Mind

Ready-to-Wear straps & accessories

If you simply change your mind, ready-to-wear items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund, provided they're unworn and in original condition (no creases, no signs of wear, buckle tongue not fitted through the strap hole, original packaging intact). Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and will be deducted from the refund.

Change of Mind

Made-to-Order / Custom straps

Because these are crafted specifically for you, made-to-order straps can only be returned for change-of-mind reasons if the strap is still unworn and in original condition. A 25% restocking fee applies, since a custom strap cannot be resold at full value. If you cancel after crafting has already begun (we typically start within a few days of order confirmation), the same 25% restocking fee applies even if the strap hasn't shipped yet.

Final Sale

Personalized or monogrammed straps

These are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, as they cannot be resold under any circumstances.

Returns Process

How to send a strap back.

We kindly ask that returned straps remain in pristine, unworn condition. The leather must show no bends, creases, or wear, and the buckle must not have been fastened through any adjustment hole.

Email hello@thenakshara.com with your order number, the item name, and your reason for return.

We'll confirm eligibility and send you the return address.

Pack the item securely (original packaging if possible) and ship it back — note your order number inside the package so we can process it without delay.

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, less any applicable shipping or restocking fees. Please allow up to 10 business days for funds to reflect, depending on your bank.
