All orders are shipped from our workshop in Pune, India.
How soon we ship.
Please note these timelines cover dispatch only — they do not include the additional time needed for your order to actually arrive. Delivery times will vary based on your location, and possible delays during peak seasons.
Within India.
Orders within India are sent via domestic courier and typically arrive within 3–5 business days of dispatch.
Worldwide delivery.
We offer a range of international shipping options, with tracking provided on all orders. Orders are typically shipped via DHL Express International — free above a certain order value, or for a small fee on smaller orders. Delivery generally takes 5–10 business days, depending on location.
We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred on international orders. Customers who wish to return an order due to customs or tax charges will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.
Note: Due to fluctuations in fuel and freight costs, international shipping rates can occasionally increase. We reserve the right to withhold shipment, or apply an additional shipping charge, if the cost to your location becomes prohibitive. We appreciate your understanding on this.
