The Nakshara is a small leather atelier based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, handcrafting watch straps and accessories. Throughout these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to The Nakshara, and "you" refers to the person accessing the site or placing an order.

Who Can Use This Site

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly offer our services to individuals under 18.

Products and Pricing

All straps and accessories are handcrafted to order unless listed as Ready-to-Wear. Because each item is made by hand, slight variations in leather grain, color, and finish are natural and expected — not defects.

We make every effort to display accurate pricing, descriptions, and images. However, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing or listing error after you've placed an order, we will contact you before proceeding, and you may choose to confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel it for a full refund.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms we've received your order — it does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card or payment details.

All content on this site — including but not limited to our logo, brand name, product photography, written content, and page designs — is the property of The Nakshara and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Products are provided "as is." While we take great care in crafting and quality-checking every item before dispatch, leather is a natural material, and minor variations in texture, grain, and color between photos and the physical product are normal and do not constitute a defect.
